Promising News of Adult Stem Cell Research
Wesley J Smith reports that adult stem cells saved the life of 16-year-old Dimitri Bonnville, whose heart was damaged by a three inch nail. One thing that stands out in a lot of the press coverage is that they finally seem to be "getting it" ... adult stem cells have a heckuva lot of promise. Why should we walk down the ethically questionable path of "harvesting" tiny humans for their stem cells when adults have their own?
